It also has an excellent junior school (4yrs - 11 yrs) which has a nursery group for rising 3-4 yr olds. It is a popular area for hikers as it is situated on the famous Iknield way plus many other public bridleways. Looking for 3 bedroom property either house or bungalow in Surrey/ Gatwick area if possible but would consider other areas eg West Sussex, West Kent within 15 mile radius max of Gatwick.
