Hello think I have sent you message before. Where are you looking? Your house sounds perfect. My house description below -

Situated in the very quiet village of Great Offley in rural North Herts approx 3 miles outside of Hitchin in one direction and similar to Luton (Beds) in the other. Easy access to M1 and A1(M). Great Offley has 2 pubs both mentioned in Good Food Guide, a very upmarket Chinese restaurant, a recreation club with outdoor sports facilities, a village shop/ postoffice. It also has an excellent junior school (4yrs - 11 yrs) which has a nursery group for rising 3-4 yr olds. It is a popular area for hikers as it is situated on the famous Iknield way plus many other public bridleways.

Looking for 3 bedroom property either house or bungalow in Surrey/ Gatwick area if possible but would consider other areas eg West Sussex, West Kent within 15 mile radius max of Gatwick.
