The property has an entrance hallway, a large downstairs toilet able to have walk in shower installed it has a wetroom flooring, long kitchen/diner with storage cupboard under stairs in kitchen, good sized lounge with back door to garden, upstairs has bathroom with over bath shower, airing cupboard off landing, 4 bedrooms all ok in size..comfortably fits 4 teenagers myslef and partner no complaints Very good schools in area and lots of after school activities available for children, very low crime rate, close to all amenities such as: doctors, dentisits, tesco express, post offices, butchers, bakers, supermarkets, reliable bus service etc etc but also close to countryside..3 min walk & you are surrounded by fields and nice walking areas..20 min drive and you reach the Norfolk coastline..also close to Norfolk Broads. I would like to move to a 4 or 5 bed property as close to norwich city ctr as possible please, fresh start is needed and my new job and kids college are city based. garden isnt a real concern but location is.
