I have a detached 4bed Broadland Housing Association property..postcode NR8 6GP, 9 yrs old, rent is between £81-90 per week, private driveway for 3 cars, small shingled front garden with grasses, large back garden with patio area, 6ft fencing all around garden, backing onto woodland and fields.
The property has a large downstairs toilet able to have walk in shower installed, long kitchen/diner, good sized lounge looking onto back garden, entrance hallway, upstairs has bathroom with over bath shower, 4bedrooms all ok in size..no complaints 
Very good schools in area and lots of after school activities available for children, very low crime rate, close to all amenities such as: doctors, dentisits, tesco express, post offices, butchers, bakers, supermarkets, reliable bus service etc etc but also close to countryside..3 min walk & you are surrounded by fields and nice walking areas..20 min drive and you reach the Norfolk coastline..also close to Norfolk Broads.
I would like to move to an equally nice area HERTFORDSHIRE/ESSEX/MILTON KEYNES/SURREY/W.SUSSEX/ even NORFOLK but must be at least 4 bed property with a fair size garden with good schools close by, this is a reluctant move but i need to put distance between me and ex husband.
