I have a 1st floor 2 bed maisonette in Thames view area, IG11 0LH. I want to move near the town centre, as I want to be near family. I have found someone but they need a 3-bed ground floor in north/ west London or 1st floor (even a little higher) with lift. I need a 3-way swap.

I am near shops, school, medical centre, and library, pub. There is 24-hour public transport across the road. There's a children's park at 5mins walk. Nice, quiet area. Friendly neighbours. I have been here 2 and a half years and I've never had any problems. There is plenty of green at the front and back of the property. NOT a high-rise building. Security entry system.

Nicely decorated. Good sized rooms and kitchen. Separate bath and WC upstairs. Central heating and double-glazing. Would you be interested in moving near the A13. I'm near Asda, Tesco, Lakeside shopping centre, Industrial park, Galion’s reach shopping complex. If your interested please let me know. This is a genuine swap. I have been in this area since 2006 Jan and it's a very nice place. I would prefer to stay here but I have no family near by :(

Or if anyone is in the barking town centre and wants to move to Thames view please contact me. Don’t hesitate. I also know an elderly lady who wants to move to carshalton to be near her son who has had two heart attacks. She would prefer a ground floor 2 bed flat or 1st floor at the highest with a garden or balcony. He is not well and she has been trying to move since a few years. She is willing to move to mitcham, morden, Croydon Sutton, Wimbledon as long as it is near to her son. This would be a 3 way swap too :D.
