I have a 3 bed semi, drive with parking for at least 3 cars. Reasonable size garden backing into farmland. Good size sitting room, kitchen refurbished 3 years ago, downstairs loo. 2 good size bedrooms, one smaller and upstairs bathroom. In need of some redecoration, which we are in process of (slowly) doing. looking for at least 3 beds in south Norfolk - nor quite as far as Norwich but will consider all offers. Prefer to be in quiet area but near to shop and/or public transport if possible. The village we are in is approx 10 miles from southend on sea, 3 miles from Rochford (train takes approx 50 mins to London). No shop in village, but popular pub! Primary school and high school quite close, both have transport arranged by local authority.
