Flat is situated on outskirt of estate and is quiet. 5 minute walk to local shops (including post office, pharmacy, Newsagents, shop, butchers and pub.) Primary and Secondary school, Nursery school, Play park, Church. Good bus service. Near to Supermarket (10 to 15 minute walk). Walking distance to city centre, doctors and vets. A very friendly community.
