I have a two bedroomed ground floor flat in Edinburgh in much sought after area it has front and back garden with balcony on the front garden. The house has gas central heating and the council are fitting a new kitchen and bathroom in next couple of months. The area is close to local shops at costorphine and there is an excellent bus service into town centre.
