You can join here Advert Subject: 3 bedroom semi for anywhere between Edinburgh and Carlisle I have a 3 bedroom semi in Elgin Moray. IV30 Property is 2 years old in a quiet cul-de-sac. Laminated flooring throughout, except from staairway and upstairs landing. Downstairs toilet. Bathroom upstairs has powershower. 2 double bedrooms and 1 single. Good size back garden fully enclosed by 6ft fence. Driveway big enough for 2+ cars. Schools within walking distance, also college. In between Inverness and Aberdeen, close enough to commute to either for work if none found in Elgin, but there are many jobs to be found here as new retail park just been built. Close to coast. Countryside within walking distance. Only seeking a move due to family bereavement. I need to move further south to be closer to friends and family.
