Ground floor flat in Withington with excellent local services and transport to Manchester town centre. rent is £65 per week which includes gardning and window cleaning.

Very quiet area with nice out door space which is very clean and well kept.

Front door opens onto a nice lawned area.

Had a new shower room fitted with a fantastic power shower less then 2 months ago.

I need a 2 bedroom property in Manchester. Prefer ground floor or property with seperate ground floor access. Will consider other properties on other floors if right.
