You can join here Advert Subject: LARGE 2 Bed Maisonette. Crawley LOOKING FOR 2/3 Bed !HELP! This is what i have on offer: A Very large and spacious 2bed 1st floor maisonette. Very quite area, friendly neighbours and only 2 council propertys in close. 1st bedroom : 20ft by 9ft (can be split into 2 rooms) 2nd bedroom : 13ft by 9 ft (is big enough to be a small double) Kitchen : 9ft by 8.5ft (new kitchen units fitted in may 2008) Bathroom : 8.5ft ny 6.5ft (recantly tiled) Front Room : 20ft by 11ft (dining room off front room) Dining Room : 8.5ft by 8ft Both bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom have recently be decorated Storage : Large loft area, 2 storage cupboards one at top of the stairs and one at the bottom. Large drying area which I use to let my son run around and play. Property is on the bus route and 5 minutes walk from the shops. there are 2 schools within walking distanceand there are a lot of childrens park a short walk away. There are 2 large field just behind property which is ideal for dogs. Grassed area outside from door. Reason for moving: I need to move to a house or bunglow as my partner has health condition and is unable to go up and down the stairs more then a few times a day. What in looking for : A large 2 or 3 Bed house or Bunglow. Any area fo CRAWLEY concidered or surrounding areas i.e. HORSHAM, SOUTHWATER, FAYGATE, RUSPER, HORLEY, HAYWARDS HEATH. for the right property maybe a little firther.
