I have a 3 bed house in west humberstone area, am located in quiet cul de sac which consists of only 14 houses and 5 bungalows, I have 2 parking spaces, large fenced back garden, the house is only 10 yr old so is a newer built house, with more modern features to what you get in a council home, it has 3 bedrooms 2 of which have bio-fold solid wood fitted wardrobes , which are the full width of the rooms.
kitchen is large enough for table and has recently had new kitchen cupboards ( shaker style) modernly decorated throughout the house, fully carpeted also with neutral colours ie beige, chocs & creams, local to uppingham road shops, post office,schools etc my house has already been passed for a mutual exchange.
am looking for a 3 / 4 bed house in thurnby lodge / netherhall or surrounding areas. need to be nearer my sons school (willowbrook)
