'My house has 3 bedrooms, two doubles and a single. Large kitchen and very large lounge. I have a nice garden that has a small patio and side gate to a small drive. The house is end of terrace. There is parking for two cars.
I can walk to the heath in under two minutes and Blackheath village and Greenwich Park are both ten minutes walk away. The house is central for everything. Public transport, schools, leisure centre, Lewisham and Bromley are a short drive away (but are really well served by public transport) and London/City is 10 minutes on the train.
The reason that I want to move is that all of my family live in the Orpington/Sevenoaks area and as my children have grown up and left home I feel that I want to live closer to the rest of my family.
I would like a three bedroom house in the Orpington or surrounding areas, if you have a two bedroom house and it has large rooms then I would be interested in that too. I do want a garden though. My house does have RTB but I am not looking particularly for a property that has it too'.
