i have 3 bed gff in centre of brighton, with large balcony, very large flat, seperate w.c. bathroom, brand new fitted kitchen, luxury dining room, plus an office, which can be returned to bedrooms, if required, local hospital, rail station, beach, only 10 mins away, can walk short distance to local shopping centre, flat is very quite, car park, & dustbin storage, at rear entrance, front entrance has intercom system, building cleaned twice weekly, a very nice place to live, must be seen, please!!! need bigger space, garage, small garden, have 3 granchildren, need more room.
