this 3 bed house has large kitchen diner, with large downstairs toilet, medium sized living area. upstairs has two double rooms and a decent size 3rd bedroom with large built in wardrobe. large upstairs bathroom. driveway parking for two cars, large front and back gardens with large shed in the back garden. seperate entrance into back garden. cul-de-sac with large green outside the house for children. bus route at the top of road, but town within walking distance. town has all the usual shops for all types of shopping. 4 primary schools to choose from, and 2 secondary schools all in walking distance plus a college. there are two seperate local shops all within a 2 minute walk. hairdresser, chippie, and chinese all in this area.
