You can join here Advert Subject: One Bed Flat Devon Hi, I have a very spacious second floor one bedroom flat in Exeter, Devon. Lovely quiet and friendly area, single older people in the flats below. good storage both in the flat and in the brick shed outside, use of communal garden and washing lines. Lovely park 5 minutes down the road and all local ameanities also only 5 minutes away. Regular us service at the end of the road and also train to the beach 15 minutes walk. Close enough to walk into the city centre but enough local facilities to not have to venture in if you don't want to. I am desperatly looking for a 2 bed or large one bed property in Herts, Surrey, Brighton, Kent, i am more than willing to look at a multi swap but really need to get something sorted asap so that my husband and i can start fertility treatment to try and have a family.
