this 3 bed house has a large kitchen diner, with large down stairs toilet . medium sized livingroom... up stairs has 2 double sized bedrooms with the 3rd bedroom a very good size with large built in wardrobe,large up stairs bathroom. own drive way for 2 cars, large front and back gardens with big shed in the back garden, seperate enterance into back garden. in nice cul-de-sac with large green out the front for the children to play out safely. Bus route at the top of the road but town within walkin distance. town has all the usal shops for all types of shopping .. train station about a15 minute walk and A14 near.. 4 primary schools to choose from and 2 secondary schools all in walking distance, plus a collage. there are two seperate local shops , hairdressers , chippie , and a chinese all within a2minute walking distance ...

areas in colchester im looking for are stanway , lexden , copford and most outskirt areas
looking at a 5 mile radious in the clacton area..
