You can join here Advert Subject: 2 bedroomed flat meriden I have a first floor flat in meriden solihull.It has two bedrooms..Bathroom with shower.Lounge.Kitchen. The loft has been fitted with light and stepladder.It has been boarded out.It is so big you can walk about. The property has its own entrance. The Tenant and anybody living in the property must be aged 50 or over. There is good parking. The village has a good bus service going to solihull,Birmingham and coventry. The property is very close to local shops and Library. It is in good decorative order and I have had a fireplace fitted into the lounge. I am looking for a property in the Birmingham,solihull area.Anything considered but it must have a garden.
