We have a spacious 2 bedroom 2nd floor council flat in kingston upon thames in surrey we are top floor in a small block of five flats in a cul de sac (not on an estate) in good decorative order,gas central heating,double glazing,own garden and ample free parking close to all amenities 10mins walk to river thames and kingston town center and 10mins walk to surbiton town with mainline trains going direct to central london from both,bus stop is 2mins walk away with busses going in either direction every 10mins,there are also 2 bus stations in kingston,there is a very nice park across the road and also several good schools in the area we also have richmond park which is a 20min walk away and bushy park which is a 30min walk and hampton court palace approx 2miles away.We have been at this property for over 20years and now wish to relocate to the south coast
(SUSSEX AND WEST SUSSEX).

We are looking for a 2 bedroom property,no high rise and no large estates would prefer a garden but would consider without for the right property. |
