3 bed house set in rural countryside on the outskirts of the village of Gamlingay. Fields to the front and rear. Privately owned house and stables next door. Very large front and rear gardens. 2 barked areas to back.
Comprises of small entrance hall , lounge, kitchen (suitable for a table and chairs) downstairs cloakroom and large understairs storage . Upstairs there are 2 small bedrooms (both have bunkbeds in them) a double bedroom and a large bathroom.
Our house is in reasonable order. The lounge is laminate flooring, fitted in 2000. We had a fireplace and surround fitted 18 months ago. The kitchen is standard council white with black/beige/white marble effect worktop. We have added extra cupboards. Plumbing for dishwasher and washing machine. There's a downstairs cloakroom and a space for a fridge freezer in lobby by the back door. We have a large understairs cupboard which we currently have a drier and shelves in.
All carpeted upstairs. New wool stair carpet last year and hall decorated just before that.

Front garden is approx 50x50ft. Parking for 5 cars.
Neighbours are nice.
Right to buy.
Gamlingay is a busy friendly village with facilities and clubs for all age groups.
It has a Co -op, a Post Office, newsagent, hairdressers and beauty clinic, chemist,petrol station ,garages, coffee shop, bakers ,butchers estate agents
There are 2 schools(a lower and a middle) an after school club, 2 playgroups and a nursery.

We need a large 3 bedroom or 4 bedroom house with a garden in Cambourne or South Cambs.
