One bedroomed ground floor flat in Woodingdean Brighton, BN2 6NF. Woodingdean is situated on the edge to the South Downs, 15 mins from Brighton city centre. Village atmosphere, careing christian community, 1 min walk to the bus stop (buses every 15 mins) very pleasant local shops and pub + schools.
My flat is in a block of 4, with an intercom door secrity system and has central heating and d/g. There is 1 big bedroom + a big lounge, the bathroom has a bath + a shower. The kitchen is a good size and fully fitted. Outside the bedroom and lounge is a grassey area with communal washing lines. There is a large storage cuboard next to the flat, with electric points where the electricty meter is. Perfect for a mans d.i.y or for fridge + freezer.
I desperatly want a garden and am looking for a bungalow not on an estate in which I can take a dog. Although this is a pet free and non-smoking flat. I would prefably like to be in a rural area, and am interested in moving to Southern Ireland, Devon possibly Shropshire but anywhere considered.
Wanting to move and leave Brighton, BN2 6NF as I feel I need a complete change of enviroment. I also need somewhere very quiet as have ME and am registred disabled. [img][/img][/contact]
