Hi Lee

The property is in Rainham (RM 13) One of the best place in london for schools, not far away from Lakeside - RM13.

They going to build a new accommodation and then move people ftom one of the block, then they will knock it down and build there a new one and move people from one of the old blocks. Basically they going to do it one by one. You might be lucky to be moved among the first tenants from the estate. It's worth of a wait as there will be a brand new 3bed house + £4,000 compensation for inconvenience from the Housing Association. There is a right to buy with a maximum discount up to £30,000

The reason why I want to move is that I need urgently to be closer to central London and to have good transport links

What's your post code?

Regards

Larissa
