we have a 3 turned into 4 bedroom large parlour type semi house that can easily be turned into a 5 bedroom or turned back into a 3 bed with a living room and a large dinning room with plenty of space in the house and outside too with a drive and a nice front garden in Bristol in knowle park we have a cellar that can be converted into a bedroom/wash or store room.
the back garden is very large and pivate with a man made waterfall next to a man made natural stone,cave, covered seating area with nice trees at the bottom of the garden and no houses opposite.
this is a great street with great,friendly neighbours,no noise or problems we have lived here 12 years and want a change we are looking for a 3 bed in Cornwall or Devon or all surounding areas from exeter to penzance please just ask us.a small back garden will be fine
we just need a fresh start or we we would not be moving this is a lovely road.
school,doctors,shops,shopping center,bus stops, all within 9 min of the house.
