Hi there
We have a modern 2 bedroom semi detached house in Goldsworth Park, Woking.
Were less than 10 minutes walk from Waitrose, the doctors, dentist and chemist.
There was a new fitted kitchen and bathroom including power shower installed four years ago.
The main bedroom is of good size and there is fitted wardrobes in both of the bedrooms; the back bedroom is of good size but only big enough for one person.
The living room and kitchen are both of decent size, indeed we have got our dinner table in the kitchen with plenty of space still available.
We are three minutes walk from the Infants / Junior school and on a major bus route enabling easy travel both to Woking Town Centre and Sainsburys at Brookwood.
We are 10 minutes driving time from both the M25 and the M3.
Property is situated in a quiet cul de sac less than 5 minutes walk from the lake grounds, children's play areas etc.
Property offers both front and rear gardens with off road parking for two cars - Extra on road parking is available as necessary.
We are only looking to move due to immenent birth of our second child and require a three bedroomed house. |
