(DT6) 3 Bed Semi In Burton Bradstock Rural Coastal Village
Hi, we have a lovely older style property on the Coast road between Weymouth
and Bridport. We are at the end of a village called Burton Bradstock in a single row of 14 houses, we have totally open veiws of the Jurrassic coast clifftops from the front of house which are beautiful, if you walk up the road a little you can see the sea, we have veiws of fields and hills from the back of house.
It is non etaste, we are the only council house here, we are a 4min walk though the village to Burton Beach or a 5min walk across the fields to Fresh Water Beach.

About the house, it was built in the 1920's, it is a 3 bed semi detached house,
We have a livingroom with a fantastic open victorian fireplace in working order (you just have to go and find the logs), veiws from livingroom window are lovely, size of livingroom are 11ft by 16ft.
We have a sep diningroom, there is a open fire place in there but it has been boarded up (you could open it up again if wanted), the diningroom looks on to the back garden and hills, size of diningroom is 11ft by 11ft.
The Kitchen has a open walk in larder and the kitchen window looks down in to the village, size of kitchen is 11ft by 11ft it is a L shape as it also has the downstairs toilet by the side of it.
The downstairs hallway is L shape with a big understairs cupboard with a little window in it, size of hall is 8ft by 7ft.
The stairs go up and round with a big window in the middle which also looks down on to the village.
Bedroom 1 front of house also has a boarded up fireplace (can be opened up) size is 11ft by 16ft.
Bedroom 2 back of house also has boarded up fireplace (can be opened up) size is 11ft by 11ft.
Bedroom 3 back of house size is 11ft by 6ft.
Bathroom size is 7ft by 5ft.
Hallway upstairs is 9ft by 6ft also in the hallway upstairs is a walk in airing cupboard with a little round window that looks on to the front size is 5ft by 3ft.
The garden is 100ft, has a lovely patio which has a fence and gate on to the grass area also at the end of the garden is another smaller garden which used to be an allotment we have a shed with electric that i keep the dryer and freezer in also child friendly green house, we have a side gate that leads in to the front garden.
