PostAdvert Subject: 2 Bed Orpington for 3/4 Bed Within 20 miles
I am looking for a house only with driveway (but not essential) and must have garden for the kids
I have 4 children all young and we really need the extra room. I dont mind if your 3 bedor 4 bed is small and pokey it is being able to seporate the kids in to there own rooms that is most important to me.

Our house is in a lovely quiet close outside the ramsden estate in Orpington, i have lived here for 6 years and absolutly love my house and am very sad to have to give it up.

There are schools nearby and the town is a 5/10 min walk there are busses just outside the road and there is a train station in the town.
