hi, we have a large 2 bedroom semi detached house in marazion, cornwall. 4 miles from penzance, close to schools, bus routes, doctors, shops, and beach. st michaels mount can be seen from the bottom of our road and is only a 10 minute walk away. this is a fantastic place to live, we have decorated right through every room, we have pictures of each room before and after. we have a double drive, large back garden with 8' x 6' shed, there are no houses behind us, just a big field and trees. the kitchen is the whole length of the house. loads of storage space, very quiet cul de sac of only a few houses. the rent for this place is £65.00 a week. sizes of each room are as follows.. kitchen. 19' x 8'. front room.. 12' x 11' 4". bathroom.. 7' x 7'. bedroom 1. 11' 6" x 10' 5". bedroom 2. 11' 6" x 9' 6". walk in cupboard under the stairs is 8' X 3'. the garden is at least 50' x 30' but because the garden isn't square it is bigger than that in places.. the garden has 8' x 6' fence pannels all round.. it is all electric here, and we have economy 7 night storage heaters. which are very good and easy to use. i will answer any questions and emails, many thanks for looking.
