PostAdvert Subject: 2 bedroomed house in Orpington wanting 3/4 bedroom house.
Our 2 bedroomed house:
Eridge Green Close, Orpington, BR5 4RQ

We have a fantastic medium sizes 2 double bedroom home in Orpington, Kent situated close to Town and local shops with bus stops just outside our close.

There are only about 16 houses in this close and it is very quiet as only traffic coming in and out is residents or visitors.

I have lived here for almost 6 years and I love it I don’t want to move but having 4 children in one room is unbearable for us as they need there own space. We have decorated the house throughout to a modern standard and people who come round are very impressed with it. We have had new kitchen fitted and we replaced the doors from standard council ones to nice ones from B&Q and we have fitted a new white bathroom suit. Downstairs is Laminated throughout and bedroom one is laminate too. the bathroom and kitchen are lino and the landing stairs and bedroom 2 are carpeted.

We have our own driveway for 1 car and plenty of off road parking for visitors, there is a tiny front garden with brick flowerbed and a med size rear garden with patio and grass.

Neighbours in this road are of different ages some with kids and everyone is very friendly to talk to and we all say hello as we pass eachother. No children play in this road as they are mostly older and go off with friends there are also ‘no ball game signs up’ and ther respect that. The close is fenced off from surrounding roads so it is quite secluded.

The house is terraced but the houses drop back from each other a little so no rooms really match up (if that makes sence).

Kitchen 10 x 6
Bedroom 1 8.5 x 13
Bedroom 2 9.5 x 10 (with build in wardrobe)
Bathroom 6 x 6.5

We are loonking for something local but also concidering anyarea that has the right house for us so it is worth an ask Croydon and surrounding would be ok.
