I have a large three bedroom e.o.t house in Mitcham, Surrey on the Colliers Wood boarders.... It has both a front & back garden with side access to the garden, with a double drive & a large shed. The house itself comprises of downstairs... A large kitchen/diner with french doors leading out to the garden, a w/c, understairs storage & a large frontroom.... Upstairs there is three bedrooms two of which are doubles and have built in wardrobes, the third is a single but NOT a box room ! a bathroom and two storage cupboards... Also a loft hatch with a ladder... I'ts also has d/g & c/h...
Everything in the house is newly refurbed. The reason for wanting a move is to be nearer family.
There are plently of good schools being of mixed age right across the board close by, it is also close to the northern line, bus stops, tram stops, and both of Mitcham train stations. So access into London isn't a problem. It is also within walking distance to both wimbledon town centre and Mitcham town. The neighbours are a lovely couple with no children of their own just a cat, but with my eldest being only 3 theres no problem with both noise & kiddies lol...
I'm looking for a 3 bed but will consider a large 2bedroom either house/bunglow or a flat conversion. But it MUST HAVE A GARDEN sorry but like i said i do have 2 little ones. Internal looks arn't important, i don't mind if work is needed to be done, it just needs to be in one of the following areas Bromley (North or South), Bromley Common, Bickley, Shortlands, Beckenham and Petts Wood.
