PostAdvert Subject: Lincolnshire to South -hampshire/surrey/berks/middx....

Hi

I have a 3 bedroom house in Grimsby, near to schools, colleges, bus routes, shops and swimming pool. I am between the village of scartho and Grimsby town centre and my postcode is DN33 1BQ. House is on an estate but is on the very edge, literally the first road. It's a very quiet road and not many people or cars goes up or down, people don't use it as a 'cut through' or anything like that.

Grimsby town centre is about 25 minute walk away but there are also several buses that will take you there from the stop two minutes away. Town centre has plenty of choice of shops and two markets that are open several times a week.

I am close to countryside, open spaces and two wooded areas for walks, picnics etc (Dixon wood and Bradley wood) On the next road there is a children play centre with soft play, amusements and laser quest which costs £2.50 for a two hour session (everything inside is free) They also have serve food and have bingo nights for adults (children can play in the play area so you don't have to worry about babysitters)
We are never disturbed by it being there and it has been a big hit.
The beach at Cleethorpes is about a 20 minute drive or about 45 minutes by bus. Lots of schools nearby including one of the best in the county. Heating is gas and we have double glazing and upvc front and back doors. House has Right to buy and has been fully re-wired earlier this year.

The house has three bedrooms and a large bathroom upstairs. Bathroom is easily big enough to be converted into a fourth bedroom (and a new bathroom created downstairs as a few houses here have that anyway)
Downstairs there is a diningroom, living room, kitchen and toilet. There are also two walk in cupboards downstairs and the under stairs space for storage etc. We use one cupboard as a larder and one for coats, shoes and tools and general storage.

Garden is large, approx 60 x 20 ft and is fenced all round. Also has side access via a lockable gated alleyway. Only myself and the lady next door have the key for that so it's very secure. Garden is mostly grass with a small patio area and flower beds. There is a shed and greenhouse that I would consider leaving. Garden backs on to the church hall not another house or garden. We use the garden all the time and it's fine but it isn't totally level in places.
Front garden has a grassed area with more flower beds and own driveway with gates.

Neighbours are nice. On one side are a couple we very rarely see or hear a thing from and on the other side is a couple with children. They only moved in recently (exchanged) and are nice and quiet.

Hallway has brand new solid pine door frames and skirting boards which were fitted last year. I couldn't decide whether I wanted these white or not so they are still plain wood.
Living room had a new electric fire and surround fitted last year. The fire front doesn't actually get hot so is very safe for children. A new boiler and radiators were also fitted in October 2007.
Dining room is quite large and has alcoves either side of the chimney breast.
Kitchen is a decent size and fits in a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer as well as the cupboards. Someone else may fit in more too as I have a range sized cooker which takes up more space than a standard one. The walls in the downstairs toilet have pine wainscott panelling3/4 of the way up and the rest is painted. Dining room and living room have laminate flooring. Kitchen has vinyl tiles that look like mosaic.

Bathroom has a bath and over bath shower, which was only fitted earlier this year.
Front bedroom walls are white textured wall paper that can be painted and has laminate flooring. Larger back bedroom is painted yellow.
Smallest bedroom needs papering or painting but has new laminate flooring.

House is not fantastically decorated but it's not something I'm very good at. None of it is too bad though and could easily be changed - walls are flat coloured so can be painted any colour you liked.

There is nothing wrong with the house or area, I only want to leave as I want to go back 'home'.Ideally looking for pretty much anywhere in Hampshire or Surrey but will consider areas in Berkshire, Middlesex and possibly outer areas of London. If your anywhere near feel free to get it touch. Happy to do multi swaps as long as they are solid. Would love somewhere rural/semi rural but open to offers.

I am looking for a three/four bedroom house or bungalow. Needs a fair sized garden and either separate dining and living rooms or kitchen/diner. Condition of decorating/garden etc not important.

Have been looking along time but have been let down a few times now. I'm serious about moving and have no ties here so can move any time.
