Hi and thanks for looking at my add

I have on offer a lovely Victorian town house set in a private road in Upper Plumstead, SE18 1RW, close to three large commons and various wooded areas. It has original large bay sash windows, central heating, sep bathroom and toilet and some original moldings. All the rooms are a good size with the largest approx 18x12 and the smallest 12x10. The front door is set away from the pavement as there is a front lower ground yard area with storage. The rear garden is all paved and tiered over 4 shelves with 2 small built up boarders which is very easy to keep and is approx 15x35.
The area is very cosmopolitan as is all of London with some great visiting places, such as the Dome, Greenwich market and some great bars etc. We are close to many schools which are within walking distance as is the doctors, dentists and hospital. If you like shops well there are a few to choose from. Woolwich town centre is walkable but if you drive a short trip will take you to Bexleyheath, Dartford, Eltham, Welling, Bluewater or Thurrock. If you don’t drive then there are plenty of options with buses, trains, tubes, ferries and soon the DLR so you pretty much have it all from here.
The house was up-dated about 4 years ago but the decorating although ok, could do with a little TLC.
What I am looking for is a 3 bed house of house conversion with large garden. My preferred area’s would be Kent, Central London or Essex but anywhere within an hour of London will be considered. Décor not important but I would prefer a non estate property.
