The house is situated in a quite court of only twelve houses, has front garden and rear garden of 35 foot with a large brick built shed at rear of garden. the house has just been fitted with a new kichen and bathroom. Upstairs has a bedrooms all good sizes and bathroom. Downstairs has a large living room, downstairs toilet, large kitchen/diner looking out to the garden. All downstairs has just been decorated in netural colours with wood flooring all through.
