I have a 2 bed flat on the top floor in a small block of 6. Both bedrooms are of a double size and all rooms are quite large. I have my own balcony, sheds, GCH, DG, quiet neighbors, Phone points and internet access. There is also a communal garden area. The flat is situated across the road from one of Bristols largest wooded estates...Vasells Park. Direct links to all major motorways and hospitals. I am also in the catchment area for one of Bristols top High schools...Downend college. Bus stops across the road and will take you directly to all the shops and the center of Bristol. I also have a small convenience store on the corner of the road.
I would like to move to a 2 bedroomed flat/bungalow. If a flat, it must be situated on the ground floor, with own parking space or a small front lawn to convert to parking space. Disabled adaptions would be nice, but not essential. I also need somewhere close to run my dog. A good High school is also required and frequent bus routes for some kind of work. Internet access is essential.
