I have a three bed semi in one of the loveliest areas iv lived in .Not far from shops doctors and great schools ,very quite road ,mostly privately owned. I'm only interested in moving to an area like my own as ill be sad to leave this area .But need to move for husbands job Its ok decorated two rooms have not been decorated yet there being done this year or next but the rest is done to a good standard .

I have a large front room dining room although they should be separate with double doors but i took them off so its no problem to get doors and put them back if you want to have two separate rooms . And a good size kitchen two of the bedrooms are a good size one box room but still a good size for a box room .I have an outside toilet and attached shed and outhouse all attached so no going outside to go to the loo or fetch somthing in the shed !!.

I have a front garden with drive could easily be changed to be a two car drive and also a large garden anything else you would like to know about my home let me know.

I would love a four bed but there rare so a three bed with a garden and possibly a drive would be great .Not to fussed about decor as im a dab hand at DIY and my home is ongoing would be ideally near good schools but if i get views of the country or sea and i have to drive my kids to school i think ill handle it !! so really as long as its 3/4 bed with a medium to large garden in a great area in Kent im happy
