I have 3 bed H/A house in Princes Risborough Bucks, kitchen/diner one living room one very small room we use as office downstair w.c. Upstairs, bathroom with power shower, 3 bedrooms and large airing cupboard. Large loft space boarded for storage. Med size back garden which is decked and patio and fish pond with small waterfall, garden is completely enclosed with fence and trees, side entrance, very large shed with electrics. Tesco & P.Risborough which is a market town approx 4-5 walk town has doctor and dentist and small shops and M&S food hall, schools within 10 mins walk or less, approx 20 yds from my house is large playing field with a brook running alongside, on the edge of the field is a swimming pool and leisure centre. There is beautiful countryside all around and a regular bus service into either Aylesbury or High Wycombe. Living room and bedrooms all recently decorated neutral colours. Stairwell and landing need decorating , kitchen could do with new units but recently painted. I am looking for an exchange to any south, southwest coastal area 2/3 bed house, flat, bungalow.
