i have a large end of terrace 3 storey 4 bed house 5 mins to May day hospital 15 mins to Croydon town centre, and 5 mins from Ikea the property has a private car park behind and the property is next door to a mechanics. there is community centre on the road with an astro turf pitch and weekly football sessions.
All four rooms are big AND SPACIOUS, 2 tiolets built in wardrobes in all of the rooms and 2 rooms have ceiling to floor glass wardrobes. the whole house has wooden floors throughout and there is a small patio garden 30 ft with a border around the edge. kitchen tiled in big black creamic tiles and black side boards with 25 cupboards and wooden drawers.
My property is housing association but they offer the homeownership schemes as well.
