I have a large 2 bed ground floor HA Georgian conversion over 2 floors, with my OWN back garden and a very large front garden which is SHARED, but not really used by any of the families living here. A small patio is also located outside my front door, with the option to decorate with flowers/plants and has room for a seating area.
It has a separate WC and a bathroom with a WC. Only 2 familes occupy this large house, (myself and another famiy) and we both have our own front doors. Both families have lived here since the house was newly renovated in 1994.
Bedroom 1 is fitted with a very large double and a single cupboard which I use as a wardrobe and use the other for jumpers etc.
The hallway has two large cupboards; one is used for bed linen etc and the other is used as a small walk-in wardrobe. More storage is located by the front door and is located by the front door.
The second bedroom looks out onto the back garden and is a decent sized single bedroom. It has a bunk bed, chest of drawers, IKEA rocking chair and book shelf, so it is not a small room.
There is a separate utility area near the bathroom which houses the washing machine and dryer and is opposite the back door leading to the garden.
It also still has some of its original features such as high ceilings and wooden window shutters. Internal decoration is good and modern. Pictures attached.
I am very close to Queens Road (SE15) mainline train station and trains run to London Bridge, Waterloo and Victoria in less than 15 minutes, they also run straight to West/East Croydon. Buses run outside my home straight to the city and West End. I live on the main road, so this would not suit someone who wants to live in a very quiet area.
I am very close to shops and amenities, good schools nearby

I seek the following swap;
I would like a 3 or 4 bed Conversion/house/flat (for flats: very small block only) Will consider conversions ground floor and above. Flats: up to the first floor only. Preferably with easy access to train or tube.
Please no large estates or tower blocks. Please, please NO TIME WASTERS or anyone just wanting to look around my home, (yes, I've had those)!

Hi
My property is a maisonette on the ground floor with a small enclosed garden consisting of two double bedrooms and central heating. Each bedroom contains a built-in wardrobe. There are additional cupboards in the hallways both upstairs and downstairs. Nicely kept with newly fitted bathroom and double glazed windows throughout. Also, newly fitted radiators and combination boiler which gives great water pressure for shower and very economical. The sitting room is fully fitted with wooden flooring and French doors leading out to the garden. This property is very convenient; close the shops, public transport and other local amenities.
