we have a 3 bedroom rural end terrace house situated in the small village of dowsby in lincolnshire.
downstaires we have a lounge with 2 alcolves and a parkray fire which is lovely to sit around in the winter. we also have a kitchen, bathroom seperate toilet there is also a walk in storage cupboard.
upstairs we have a master bedroom which has a built in waldrobe and cupboard. 2nd bedroom is also a double 3rd is smaller but we do have a double bed in there.
the back garden in 110x25 feet we have a veg patch, shed , lawn and coal shed
front garden is 75x20 feet which has boarders we also have parking for 2 + cars both gardens are easily maintained.
There are all age groups around the village the shops and schools are close by the schools also have buses that come through the village that take the children too and fro school there is doctors and dentistes just down the road
there are many large towns close bourne, spalding, sleaford, stamford, grantham, boston, lincoln and peterborough
we are looking to move to be close to family
we are looking for a 3 bedroom house/ bungalow in the kent or sussex areas
