BED 2: Rear. Double room - currently has 2 single beds - bunks which have been adapted and dressed up with MDF to create a cave to fit into undersea theme - could possibly leave if neeeded. Small fitted wardrobe. Decorated as underwater at the moment.
BED 3: Rear. Smallest room- single but big enough for a double bed.
LANDING: wide enough for full wheelchair access. Lift access. Boiler cupboard.
REAR GARDEN: Good sized rear garden with slabbed patio area to top and the rest lawned (lawn needs some attention - I'm no gardener!) Washing poles and small wooden shed. Walled to 2 sides (up to 6 foot) and 6 foot fence to remaining side. Gate to:
SIDE GARDEN/DRIVE: We have a "Dallas" drive which could give a home for up to 4 cars. Carport with access through kitchen door. Two areas of lawn and lots of young shrubbery/trees. (again, these could use attention!)
In exchange we are ideally looking for a 3/4 bed fully adapted house in the South Birmingham/ Bromsgrove/ Solihull area, preferably rural/semirural and in particular - Hollywood, Wythall, Hall Green areas. We'll give consideration to anywhere in England. Must have garden and off street parking.
If you have a council property with downstairs only adapted we may be willing to consider, if we like it :)
