i have a large 2 bedroom flat with own reasoable size garden which has a side gate.it is a ground floor flat, not in a block of flats, you have the ground floor as flats then a maisonette above.you would have to see it to know exctlly what i mean,in a lovely friendly area of new eltham. not that far froom new eltham station, shops lytrally just seconds down the road. bus routes just down the road. have a biggish living room which has lovely lamante flooring newly put down which also carrys straight on into the hallway. main bedroom is a good double with a little storage coubord and the second is a single which has 2 storage coubords in it. a good medium size kitchen, bathroom we are currentlly doing up, tieling most of it. have our own reasonable size garden for own use, with a side gate. really nice area, really want to stay here if we could, but really would like a house. is a lovely size flat with great talkable freindly neibours above. schools close by too.

I have afist floor 2bed double glaze flat. The 2 bed rooms are of a good size, one of the rooms has a huge built in double wardrobe and still has lots of space. The kitchen has not to long been newly fitted with lots of cupboard space too. The sitting room is large with a balcony that you can store bikes or you have enough space to hang your washing out on the line. there is lots of storage space too as we have two sheds either side of the flat.
you also have local doctors, dentist, library and a sports gym too. There are two buses that pass near by, that go to the town center,(10 min walk) and to blue water shopping center.
Dartford train station is close to the town center where you can get the trains that go direct to charring cross every day of the week.
The flat is in a very good location, with local shops minutes away, and three good schools within walking distance.

We are looking for a 3or 4 bed house or flat but not high rise, (London), in the lewisham or catford area near schools and shops as my boyfriend works in London so we need to move as soon as pos and wanting same kind of space and storage as we have 3 kids and new one on way.
