I have a 2 bedroom house in acocks green but need a 3-4 bed due to having to children and another baby due in sept.I have to large gardens the fornt garden is neat and tidy back garden is not a mess but needs some tlc.I have front porch that is painted in cream with country flooring this leads onto living room it is painted in a light coffee colour but is being painted cream in next couple of days,this also has country floooring,then this leads onto the kitchen it is decorated nice.There is a back door in kitchen that leads onto back garden this door is d/g.There is a door leading to the stairs this is painted in cream with crapet.the main bedroom is in lilac but is alo being painted in craeam.2nd bedroom is done out in blue and white but can be painted over this room was only done 2 months ago! the bathroom has just been finished it has claddding paited in white around the bottom of the wallls then is tiled on top in a white tile with a black tiled border and the floor is finished of with black clay tiles.the house is fully c/h and d/g with a gas fire in the living room.the strret we live on is very quiet most of the houses are brought and alot of old people live here. we are local to all shops bus routes schools etc! our back garden is not over looked by anyone.
We are looking for a 3-4 bedroom house in birmingham,tamworth,kingsbury,nuneaton but all areas will be considered.we are not bothered what condition your house is in as we will only put our mark on it when we get in there.if your are interested please email me at
