hi,we live in a quiet cul de sac in a village called clehonger.its nice as you have the quietness of a village but still have the links to hereford city centre.its a 3 bed mid terraced house.we have had a new kitchen in which it has been vastly extended, its now about 21 foot long.it has both gas/electirc connections for cooker.we have now had new fire but still in process of having new central heating.if i didnt hav 5 children i would stay as my neighbours are great.its just nice letting children out to play and knowing they are safe.tehre is room for a drive.we would have done it but we dont have a problem parking outside the house.most nearly all houses in street are now privately owned.the front room and dining room interlink to form a c shape.tehre are separated by the chimney breast.its gas central heated with new condensing boiler.the back garden is completely fenced off.it is mainly grass and patio area its a managable size.the upstairs has a separate bath and toilet.with 2 double bedrooms and a single.the attic is massive.if i could have bought the house i could have mad 2 bedrooms like my neighbour.
we would look to be moving after christmas as we still have decorating and flooring to do as of all the works undertaken by the council.it will be neutrally decorated. we would like a 4 bedroomed house any where in herefordshire .but we would have to take into account that husband works in rotherwas and children are at kingstone and clehonger schools.dont mind travelling but i hate the idea of being stuck on belmont road for hours each day......lol.any questions email and i will do my best answering them.thanks |
