I have 2 bedroom house in Ilford, Essex. It is right on the border of London. The house has a front and back garden. It is an end of terrace house, with a side access to the rear. The house is described as follows: as you walk into the front door there is a hallway, to the right is the kitchen, straight ahead is the living/dining room, with stairs at the end of the room, which leads up to 1st floor, very spacious and open space. As you get to the top of the stairs straight ahead is the bathroom, to the right is the 2nd bedroom and right again is the master bedroom. Downstairs, double french doors lead onto the decking and garden. The house is fully double glazed. The kitchen has just been renewed and the roof is about to be redone. Both gardens are of decent size and the sun is in the back garden all day. The road itself is a no through road, it is a very quiet spacious road. At the end of the road is a small park and fields. The local Sainsburys is a 5 min walk. The local tube is a 4 min walk, with central line tubes running straight to the city. There are 2 doctors surgeries within a 1 min walk and local chemists, B&Q, Curries, McDonalds, Toy-R-Us and Petrol stations, at the end of the road. We are a 20 min walk to the local shopping centre. We have the best neighbours in the world, we all get on really well. We have lived here for 14 years and never had any problems.

I am looking for a 3 bedroom house/bungalow in Liverpool. Pref the south side. Decoration not a problem. I do need a back garden. all offers welcome. Thanks.
