we have a 3 bed rural end terrace house situated in the small village of dowsby in lincolnshire
downstairs we have a lounge which has 2 alcoves and a parkray fir which is lovely to sit around in the winter we also have a kitchen toilet walk in storage cupboard and bathroom
upstairs we have a master bedroom which has a built in waldrobe and cupboard 2nd bedroom is also a double 3rd is smaller but we do have a double bed in there
the back garden is 110x25 feet we have a veg patch, shed, lawn and coal shed
the front garden is 75x20 feet which has boarders we also have parking for 2+ cars both gardens are easily maintained
there are all age groups around the village the shops ans schools are close by the schools also have buses that come through the village to take the children too and fro school the drs is just down the road there are many large towns bourne, spalding, sleaford, stamford, grantham, boston, lincoln and peterborough
we are looking to move to be closer to family we are looking for a 3 bed house/bungalow in the kent or sussex areas
