Hi,
We are in a lovely 2 bed flat in Charlton (just off Charlton Lane), where we have been happily living for 10 years. We really need a 3 bedroom as 10 year old son and 11 month old daughter is not a good mix! 
It is in a quiet cul-de-sac. We have a corner shop opposite and are short walking distance from 3 lovely parks (Maryon, Charlton Park & Maryon Wilson Animal park at the end of the road).
There is a nursery and an excellent primary school within 5 mins walking distance. We are also within several bus routes (2 of which go directly to North Greenwich & The Dome) and 10 minutes from Charlton Station (20 mins to London Bride, 25 to Charing Cross/Canon Street).
We are in a small block of three floors; we're on the second. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, a large living room and a good-sized kitchen. We totally redecorated 2 years ago, including a new kitchen, toilet and bathroom suite (separate rooms). We also have wooden floors in the hall, kitchen, toilet and bathroom. We have a balcony overlooking the close.
There is a safe green at the back of the court for children to play.
Looking for 3 bed property, any area considered.
