New fitted kitchen and bathroom with shower, which has been brought and fitted ourselves. New central heating system and boiler. Does not look like your average council flat. Very nice, quiet place to live. The block only has 2 floors. Most flats are privately owned. The only reason we wish to move is to have a garden for our young son to play in. Great area, nice and quiet. Close to all ammenities, such as Oldbury town centre, shops, library, chemist and doctors surgery all very close by. Bus routes very close by, taking you to Bearwood, Birmingham, Merry Hill, West Bromwich, Oldbury and Blackheath. Our flat is nice and spacious, consisting of 2 good sized bedrooms and living room. There is a large loft space and brand new roof. There are indoor and outdoor storage areas. There is also a communal area to the rear of the property, with space to sit outside, your own private shed and lines to hang your washing out if you wish to do so. All outside areas are maintained by the council - so its got the bonus of being low maintenance - no garden etc to maintain and look after.
