A lovely 2 Bedded Sheltered Ground Floor flat in Hadlow, This must be seen. This Flat is in a nice quiet area and parking is not a problem, which is bliss. The flats are restricted to the named tenant being over 55 years of age. The neighbours are very friendly and there is a real community spirit around here. We are loooking to move to a 2 to 3 bedroom house, [b]sorry no flats within the Tonbridge, Hildenborough, Golden Green, Five Oak Green, Shipbourne, Mereworth, West Malling and East Peckham areas. [/b]We have a majority of our belongings in storage and we are now in desperate need of a house, as we have had to downsize. My partner is now living with us and we need more room as his belongings are here now too. The flat we are currently in has fairly big rooms. Bedroom 1 is big enough to fit a King Size bed in, two double wardrobes, dressing table and chest of drawers and since we have moved in we have had a television aerial socket and telephone socket put into Bedroom 1, making it possible to also add a fax machine, a telephone and have a further television in this bedroom. Bedroom 2 can comfortably fit a single bed into it and one double wardrobe. There is a disabled adapted shower with a pull down shower seat this is situated in the bathroom. The lounge is a very good size and the kitchen has ample space for a cooker, washing machine and a tumble dryer and an upright freezer or fridge/freezer. We will be very sorry to leave this area as it is so friendly. The village has everything you could need including a dentist, doctors, chemist, fish and chip shop, newsagent, grocers, butchers, post office and lots of other shops you may need. Hadlow is fairly near to West Malling and it is a very pretty place which has a real community spirit.

Hi Jean,
We have a communal garden but I am not sure wether you can walk dogs in it, if you are interested in the flat I can find out from our landlord if you would like me too.

Hi Jean,
I have found out from the council that there would not be a problem with having two small dogs in this property. Could you please tell me what sort of property you have that you would like to swap with us, in what town and area. The council have also said the only stipulation is that you have to be over the age of 55 years old. Please could you let me know ASAP so I can call the council back.

I have a ground flat in Witney, Oxfordshire (12 miles from Oxford) with:

- 2 bedroom, kitchen-living room and bathroom
- all the rooms have double-glazed windows

- Location: nursery, primary and senior schools just behind the flat; a walking distance from the leisure centre and just 1 mile away from the town centre
- A supermarket just over the road
- With its own parking space
- New construction flat (bearly 3 years old).
