I have a 3 bed house in Hull postcode Hu4 6ex (Boothferry Road) with a small front garden and reasonable back garden with very large concrete garage connected to the rear garden which is included in the rent.

Has two decent sized bedrooms and one box room but i have a bed wardrobes and draws in it. A family sized bathroom, and downstairs has a fairly big lounge with a kitchen leading onto dining room which could be made into a second lounge. The house is fully double glazed and GCH the attic is also massive as most people have converted this to an extra bedroom but you would have to seek housing authoritys permission but they are very flexible as long as the work is done to a good standard.

We are close to primary and high schools and 2 local parks, also close to public transport and only a 10 minute bus ride to train station and city centre shops.
