PostAdvert Subject: Can you help us get up North please???

Can you help? We live in Christchurch,Dorset and are looking to move to Manchester/Cheshire/North Wales.

We live in a large 3 bedroom ground floor flat in a very quiet area of a council estate we live in a cul-d-sac and are very lucky to see even 20 people go past the window each day, so although on an estate it is very private. Alot of people don't even know the flats are even here!!

there is a large communal area for washing lines also a large garden at the front and back of the flats(you can put a rotary line in the back garden if you so wish)the back garden has a 6ft fence going round it and the front garden a 4ft brick wall. The buses run twice an hour from here but more regularly from the main road there is a children's centre, primary school also a senior school within 10 mins walk a shop a beefeater pub laundrette Sainsbury's pc world fish n chip shop MacDonald's and several more shops.

We have 2 brick sheds allocated to the flats which are a good size (haven't measurments at the moment as they are preety full lol)

We also have an open fire place which is lovely in the dark cold winter nights.

The communal areas are all cleaned each week and the grass cut every fortnight this is a little extra on the rent but well worth it.

The best bit is that mudeford beach and quay are only a 5 min drive or 15 mins walk and Christchurch Quay and park 15 mins walk the other way which is lovely in the summer months. We are also only 20 minutes from the new forest which is fantastic for walks, also Hengestbury head which has lots of walks. Southbourne and Bournemouth beaches are only 20-25 mins away they are lovely sandy beaches but don't ever forget your sun cream even when the sun is hazy you still burn! The local bus has just started going all the way to Poole which is great for shopping also for lovely parks and days out with the kids. All our buses are now low floor so even better if you have a buggy or even a wheelchair.

We have photos on request and the room measurements are as follows.

Lounge 13’10’’ x 12’ 10’’
Bedroom 1 10’8’’ x 12’10
Bedroom 2 10’6’’ x 10’6’’
Bedroom 3 10’6 x 6’6’’
Kitchen 10’8’’ x 12’10’’
Bathroom 8’10 x 6’0’’
Toilet 5’5’’ x 2’11’’
Hallway front door to lounge 18’ widest point 4’ narrowest point 3’
Hallway to bathroom from bedroom 3 5’6 x 3’

We really want to move before September as our oldest boy is starting secondary school and another 1 is starting school so we want them to be settled as quickly as possible. We have also got a baby due September the 10th so would love to be settled before the new bundle arrives. We could move as early as June.

Rent is 78.80 a week this includes the service charge for the grass cutting and cleaning.
Council tax B around about £100 a month

I can exchange a lovely two bedroom house which is an end of terrace house with an enclosed established back garden which is about 20’ x 18’ with an enclosed alley way at the side of the house. The bedrooms are large 11'3" x 11' and 13' x 11'. The lounge is 13’ x 18’ with under stairs space. There are plenty of large cupboards and an attic for storage. My kitchen is 14' x 10'3" and big enough for a dining table and four chairs in it. It is well decorated. The house is nearly 14 years old but feels like a cottage and is situated by a river (no danger of flooding) where there are all sorts of wildlife. There is a private car park at the side and rear of the house where there is plenty of room for parking. It is very quiet, small neighbourhood, but no more than a 10-minute walk from the centre of the town of Grantham. Plenty of amenities and shops nearby and obviously schools. There is beautiful rural countryside within walking distance.
