Hi I have a 3 bed mid terrace in a mid Cornwall village, St Austell coast 15mins Newquay 20 mins 5 mins from A30. Village has post office. 2 pubs, 2 stores, church and chapel, excellent GP primary and secondary schools 2 takeaway's.
House has 2 x double bedrooms 1 single, upstairs bathroom which is a wet floor shower room plus wc and sink, down stairs wc, med lounge and kitche/diner. Enclosed small rear garden with block shed with lawn/patio, garden to front with lawn and borders, parking outside the house in quiet cul-de-sac.
Looking for a minimum of 3 bedrooms in St Austell area or Truro area, ideally but other areas considered, a bungalow would be perfect but a larger house also ok.
Would like gardens etc and if possible no steps to house.
